Our organization Szabó Gear Manufacturing Ltd. (Szabó Fogaskerékgyártó Kft.) specializes in gear manufacturing, producing geared parts and machining: spur gears, straight bevel gears, helical gears, worm gears, geared axis, planetary gears, spline shafts, gear boxes. With our 2,500 m2 production facility, located in Kaposvár, Hungary, highly skilled workforce and total engineering capability we supply our diverse group of clients with a wide range of quality products; from small series very high precision gears for gear pumps, larger gears for larger size gear drives for the renewable energy wind industry to bigger series standardized gears utilized in the agricultural machinery industry. We also supply the automotive industry, mining industry, construction- and paper machinery industry. Through reliable, time tested and flexible processes and quality management system, we are able to plan and maximize our production capacity optimally to meet the demand of our global market.

      – Heat treatment (case hardening, carburizing carbonitriding)
      – Our heat processing workshop is used for toll manufacturing regarding gas cementation, pad hardening, nitor cementation,metal finishing, normalization and annealing of industrial products. , Heat processing procedures are performed in a multifunctional chamber furnace, further elements of the technological line as follow: tempering furnace and parts washing equipment. Heat tempering is performed by adding nitrogene (inert) gas, based on customer requirements the thickness of crust can be changed by technological parameters starting from 0,2 mm.
